We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. 

     

    Returns on Broad Spectrum Oil Products:

    If you have questions or concerns about these products please contact our customer service staff at (833) 587 8223 BEFORE purchasing the item(s) or access our chat feature on the bottom right hand side of the web page. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. 

     

    Our Refund Policies are as follows:

    • If you are not satisfied with a membership or purchase you have purchased from releaf.tech, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    • Items cannot not be returned if they have been used or opened.

    • Shipping costs will not be refunded to any customer seeking return of item(s)

    • Customer is held responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received. Once this confirmation takes place (which usually takes place within within 12 hours from the time we receive it in-house), every effort will be made to complete the refund as quickly as possible.

    • All refunds require a form with a photographic submission to be sent to christopher@releaf.tech.

    • Damaged or otherwise ruined products may be returned to customer as-is with no liability on the Company to pay for any damages that may occur during the re-return.

     

    Returned Checks:

    In the unfortunate event that you have written a check to the Company and it is returned unpaid for any reason, the check will be charged back to your account and you will be responsible for payment of that check regardless of who wrote the check. A $24.00 returned check fee will be charged for each item returned from a bank regardless of the reason it was returned. If an electronic check (e-Check) is returned any applicable returned check fee(s) will be added to the amount of the check at the time it is reinitiated (re-deposited). Checks returned for non-sufficient funds or uncollected funds will be re-deposited by the Company after five (5) days. Checks returned because of stopped payment, account closed, or ‘refer to maker’, cannot be re-deposited. The amount of the check plus any applicable returned check fees will become immediately due and payable by you. Any returned check item that is not paid promptly will be referred to a collection agency for further action. Returned check items must be paid in certified funds (cash, cashier's check, or credit card). The Company will not accept a personal check to pay returned check items (this includes returned check fees).

     

    Please note that our memberships, by default, are free and ongoing unless you decide to stop using them for a period of 60 consecutive days or if you call and ask us to remove the profile you created within our database. There is no minimum required purchase amount to be a member and you may cancel/opt out at any time!

     

    If you do request a refund for a monthly membership charge, the reimbursement is for the active month only.

    Upon membership cancellation, all accrued rewards are voided and access to member-only features and content are disabled.

    ReLeaf Technologies, LLC ships via FedEx within the United States. International orders are also shipped via FedEx and incur additional shipping and handling charges. These charges will be detailed as part abounding payment in the Customer's shopping cart. 

     

    ReLeaf Technologies, LLC does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (US.CSA) or the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). The company does cultivate, sell and distribute hemp based products. All of the products ReLeaf Technologies, LLC sells or distributes are derivatives of licensed, USA Grown Industrial Hemp. * Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally-occurring constituent of the industrial hemp plant. The CBD compounds that are naturally-occurring in the Products we sell or distribute were grown or cultivated in accordance with section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014.

    All ReLeaf Technologies, LLC products are legal within the United States and territories. Each country has their own rules, regulations, and taxations with respect to the import of products into that particular country. It shall be the Customer’s liability to ensure that products ordered for international delivery meet the requirements for import into their country, as well as any import taxes and duties that may be incurred. ReLeaf Technologies, LLC assumes NO LIABILITY for any products ordered which are held up in another Country’s Customs department for any reason.

     

    Some countries may charge you an additional customs fee or import tax. We claim no responsibility for any extra customs fees, import taxes, or other fees you may incur while trying to import this product to a country that is not in the US.

     

    As we are notified of issues with importing any of the ReLeaf Technologies, LLC products into various countries, we will post that information to the product page in the shopping cart.

     

    How long will it take to get my order? 

     

    Customers from the Continental United States excluding, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and its territories who FedEx ground delivery can expect to receive their order within one (1) to three (5) business days.  US customers may also select other shipping arrangements in the shopping cart for overnight shipping.

     

    International orders are normally shipped by FedEx and are normally delivered within 8-16 days, but depending on the Country, day being shipped, holidays, other unforeseen delays, some orders may take slightly longer to ship.  All customers who purchase shipping will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments. This usually takes place within 8-12 hours from the time you complete your purchase.

     

    Outgoing Shipments

     

    Orders requiring outgoing shipment received after 12:00 pm Pacific Time in the US will be shipped the next business day unless that day falls on a day FedEx is not accepting packages for delivery.     Damage Claims
