How long will it take to get my order?
Customers from the Continental United States excluding, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and its territories who FedEx ground delivery can expect to receive their order within one (1) to three (5) business days. US customers may also select other shipping arrangements in the shopping cart for overnight shipping.
International orders are normally shipped by FedEx and are normally delivered within 8-16 days, but depending on the Country, day being shipped, holidays, other unforeseen delays, some orders may take slightly longer to ship. All customers who purchase shipping will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments. This usually takes place within 8-12 hours from the time you complete your purchase.
Orders requiring outgoing shipment received after 12:00 pm Pacific Time in the US will be shipped the next business day unless that day falls on a day FedEx is not accepting packages for delivery.
